1. Daily routines: I will just mention 1: start with the hardest task of the day. If you have an assignment to work on and you believe it's gonna be difficult, start with it.
2. Pomodoro works. Focus on a task for an hour for example, and rest for 10 minutes.
3. Phone distraction? Keep your phone away from your work or study environment. If you must use it, disable all social media apps' notifications.
4. The environment you work or study in should support the type of tasks you wanna accoomplish. For example, if you want to study, find a quiet environment.
These worked for me.
